Drawing on public enthusiasm for 2FR's inaugural year, 2nd Floor Rear 2013 kept up the festival’s momentum by growing qualitatively and quantitatively--adding more participants and a greater range of stuff to do and see, including a roving gallery in a handbag, a lecture by a Precious Moments scholar, conversational karaoke, and more.
